HYDRATE

It's important to stay hydrated before and after a workout. Bring a water bottle and towel. We have yoga mats and props for your use.

WORKOUT ATTIRE

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Please bring shoes for any of our fitness-related classes, such as Total Body Workout and Cardio Burn.
